We are pretty low tech here at The Mother Tree as we get things running. To begin the process, have a look through our website or Instagram stories to decide what you would like to rent. Contact us via email (email@example.com), instagram DM, or text/call 819-527-0314 to inquire about your chosen items. You can give us the dates you’d like and we will let you know what’s available, or we can give you the available dates of the items you’ve chosen. As we expand we will have multiples of popular items and availability will increase.
From there we can discuss and make an agreement as to what and when you’d like to rent. We will arrange a pickup time and place (pickup locations are in Nepean/Tanglewood, Nepean/Pineglen, and Aylmer, QC.) Please be prompt in arriving, and communicate any delays or changes. We have small children and arrange our days around pickup times.
At your first pickup with us we will provide a waiver and agreement form to review and sign. It will cover any future rentals and will be kept in a secure lock box. On it is a space to include your credit card details only used in the case of a lost or damaged toy (see our FAQ for more details). On your first pickup and subsequent pickups there will be a slip to sign with the items being rented as well as the rental period.
Each of your items will have an information card with a picture of the item, the number of pieces, and the condition of the toy to help families keep track of the toys for return.
Toys are due back by 9pm on the return day. Returns can be contactless at the agreed spot. Please send us a message when the toys have been placed.
